| ReviewThese 8-inch shears aspire to Swiss army knife versatility. One blade is notched for cutting flowers or carrot sticks. An inset amongst the handles has teeth that open screw-top bottles, and a hooked opener at the end of one handle opens other bottles. A combining wedge/screwdriver head protrudes from the other handle. There’s no fork attached, but the pointed blades surely could stir coffee. Place these in a handy drawer, a car’s glove compartment, or a survival kit. –Fred Brack

Excellent All-Purpose Shears! By H. Durant I received these shears as a gift about 3 years ago – and they are constantly in use! When I roast a chicken, I use them to cut the wings and drumsticks off, and they come in very handy when you need to open any paper packets or even when you need to slice up some parsley or chives…I love them so much that I am buying two more for relatives. Note about the washing – I never wash mine by hand (unless I need them right away for another dish) – they normally go right into the dishwasher.

bought as a gift By Annete McDonald I bought these shears as a gift for my mother. She really liked them. In a recent move, they were lost and my parents wrote me to try to find out how to replace them. I went through my order history on Amazon.com, found the original order, and reordered another pair of shears. My parents are happy again! And I earn points as a good daughter! All for finding a good product on Amazon.com twice.

The best tool in my kitchen By J. C. Parker Absolutely would not be without these shears in my kitchen. I use them from cutting paper, opening cereal bags to cutting up chicken, beef, and even pizza.
