Grill Pan Thermolon

Martha Stewart Green Thermolon pan?

I've been looking for a pan to make grilled chicken and stuff. I saw Martha Stewart has one at Macys for $ 35. It uses a new technology called Thermolon that allegedly contains fewer chemicals than regular Teflon non-stick coating. Has anyone bought this bread yet? Would you recommend? I'm not interested in Cast Iron as I've never had a good experience with it. Thermolon If this material proves to be as bad as nonstick regular, I think I covered by an enamel pan. I just want to be able to make grilled chicken with flavor and the grill marks. I do my homework first.

I have not had the opportunity to experience the coating Thermolon again, but only by asking whether something is "less chemicals" that make me think otherwise option next to chemicals at all. My choice, Enamel pan Lodge or Le Creuset for three simple reasons, without chemical coating, greater heat retention and extended life of the enamel surface. Good luck on your choice.

What is the best way to clean cookware stainless steel?

I've been using regular soap and diswashing seems to work well, but I'm just being cautious about using a platform of brightness in the materials.

I used SOS pads very slight friction and rinse well and never I found a pot problem scratched.
