What is the best type of pan?

I am looking for experience, I'm tired of buying a frying pan only to about1 only last year. I'm starting to do some research and came here first. Of all the types of carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-stick, then you have the type of nonstick material. If they weigh about the type that you feel is the best, brand names would be appreciated. I already have a foundry, wok, 14 "flat and round, and 12 "pan.

Cast iron pans are my favorites. You have to cure before results will be given up. To cure, brush with oil and place fire slow for a couple of hours, but have to be reseasoned if food begins to adhere to them. I have several and use them for different pic – fried, sautéed, kitchen, so slowly heated to the desired temperature. I do a lot of tortillas and one of my pans is exclusively dedicated to eggs, cooking, never washed with soap and water, but clean with a paper towel after each use. Another type of favorite kitchen appliance that can be used as a frying pan and get to the table and a clay pot. Here you have to get from a trusted source like the store so that you can be sure that no lead content in it. It also has to cure. Soak in water night in the morning, dry well, wipe the bottom off with a clove of garlic, and bake in oven at low temperature for a couple of hours. Heat slowly and never, never put ice cold foods as they are cracked. A clay pot is wonderful for the artichokes and saute mushrooms in olive oil and garlic, for example, or for steaming mussels clams in white wine or dry.

The cold months are upon us, but that doesn’t mean we don’t still want to enjoy the great outdoors.
