Philippe Richard Cookware oxidation?

I got married in July and received a knife set of Philippe Richard, along with a set of pots and they are already oxidized. Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how I can contact the company, do you think they will do anything about it, if I contact them? Help please, thank you!

Here's an idea for you. Check with the person who gave the set to the name of the store where you purchased it. Go there with putting in the car (leaving it there for now) and ask to see the manager of the kitchen department. Explain the problem and ask how you can solve. If a change offered then run to the car and retrieve all rusty. This will be more effective than the manufacturer you go for yourself.

PAM does not hurt to stick pans?

I have a collection of Anolon Advanced cookware of various sizes. My wife and I were avid PAM users, but now 3 years later 2 of the dishes seemed to have lost its "Non-Stick" all signs point to PAM is the culprit. Can this be true? If so is there any remedy for these plans to eliminate the pam vaporous layer and restore the stick? Has anyone had any experience with PAM PROFESSIONAL?

Well, I've been through training for selling all kinds of pots and pans, and tell you that it is not good for Pam non-stick. We encourage our Buyers who use oil, peanuts, virgin vegetable. Once faced a nonstick skillet, is in ruins, too, that should never go in the dishwasher. His pots, can not be restored now, the best bet is to buy new ones. Not safe to use a stick of bread, chopped because the things that used to make non-stick can potentially break off and cause damage.
