The best pan we own!

Let me start by saying my wife and I can probably be described as pan snobs. With cabinets full of Anolon and Calphalon premium cast aluminum lines, our expectations for this affordable little fry/omelet pan weren’t very high. Boy were we surprised! It not only performs, but it looks great doing it. It has the slickest textured non-stick surface of any pan in our arsenal, and after months of use it is showing absolutely no signs of wear. Considering the stellar performance of this little pan, I have no doubt we will add additional Nordic Ware Pro cookware to our collection when our more expensive pans have fulfilled their useful lives. Oh, yeah . . . and it’s made in America, too!
