The muffin top is getting a huge issue these days.

With summer just around the corner we’re all starting to think when it comes to how our bodies will look in summer clothes and looking for solutions to our body’s problems.

Here I will be looking into the best ways to hide your muffin top and make the most of those summer months without having to worry regarding how you look.

Firstly, it is important to understand that the muffin top is for the most part caused by restrictive clothing, which presses on your problem areas and causes them to bulge.

By merely going up a size or two in trousers, or even choosing ones with a more elasticated waist band, you may eliminate the issue altogether.

If you’re daunted by the idea of going up a size, undertake to think of it this way – you may keep your old trousers as an intention for losing weight and in the meantime you will look much better for wearing clothes that fit your current body shape.

Another mutual problem is ill-fitting underwear.

Although it’s not peculiarly glamorous, I’ve found that the only style of underwear I may wear without creating a muffin top is shorts, now and then known as girl boxers, and I make sure to choose a size that will sit comfortably and not dig in around my waist.

I would suggest avoiding skimpy knickers at all costs, as the string-like sides will cut in no matter how big you buy them and they’re notorious for losing elasticity in the wash.

It is also a good idea to have at least one pair of high-waisted shaping shorts for when you need to wear a dress (Spanx have a great range).

Finally, a lot of muffin tops I see are on display because the person is wearing a top that is too short (and often too tight as well).

I have ofttimes been guilty of this for the duration of good weather, but I know now that the best way to hide your misgivings and stay cool at the same time is to opt for a more floaty style that covers your lower back and hips.

This way no-one will observe your bulges and you will feel much more confident.

Overall, hiding your muffin top may be a comparatively simple task if you follow the counsel I’ve outlined here.

5Best Muffin Pan I’ve Ever Used
By HeatherHH
This is literally the best muffin pan I’ve ever used, and I have used several types, including other nonstick pans, plain aluminum pans, and silicone.

5Love this pan!
By C. Walker
I love this cupcake pan! It’s a nice, heavy duty pan that seems to keep my cupcakes perfect. Probably my favorite thing about it is that it has the extra space at either end that helps you grab it from the oven without smooshing your thumbs into the cupcakes. Very handy.

5Can’t complain about this one
By Mike Lyons
My wife has used a cheaper one for 20+ years and raves about this new one. It holds the temperature at an even rate, making the muffins a golden brown. I would not hesitate to buy this one again. It’s worth the price.
