not heavy duty as hoped

I bought a new canner, a beautiful stainless steel Ball canner, and the rack that came with it was not working, the jars would fall to the side. I saw this Endurance rack had dividers, and also it said it was 4″ high. Well, it does have dividers between the jars, but the rack is NOT 4″ high,it’s barely over 3″, and the wire seems a little flimsy. I like the poly-coated handles, but again, they are thin wire. It’s sad, but this is the best one I could find!
