| Measuring 12 inches in diameter, this shoal fry pan features a wide cooking surface and gently curved sides that grant for cooking a potpourri of meals to perfection. Use it for anything from silver-dollar pancakes or scrambled eggs for breakfast to grilled cheese sandwiches or burgers and sauted veggies for dinner. Its sleek design makes it easy to flip onions and peppers, turn omelets, and slide feed graciously from the pan to a plate.
Like other pieces in Le Creuset’s collection of Forged Hard-Anodized cookware, the pan features hard-anodized stainless-steel construction that goes through a hot-forging developing procedure for twice the strength and to make sure it will never warp. The unit’s magnetic aluminum-encased stainless-steel base heats speedily and evenly and may be used on any stovetop surface, including induction. The pan likewise comes with a metal-utensil-safe nonstick coating that allows for lower-fat cooking (no need for excess butter or oil) and effortless feed release. Furthermore, the cookware’s hollow cast stainless-steel handle comes riveted for strength, remains cool while cooking on the stovetop, and offers a comfortable grip for selfassurance when lifting or transferring. Oven-safe to 500 degrees F, the cookware cleans up without apparent effort by hand (recommended) or in the dishwasher and carries a 10-year fixed warranty.

The Best In Non Stick. Great For EGGS! By Harvest I own this pan in the 8″ and just love it. I was looking for a good quality egg pan and this is it! I use it everyday. All the teflon on my other pans eventually peeled up and I was afraid we were eating the product! I tried other types of pan, but my eggs always stuck. I went down to the outlet and found this pan. Yes, it was pricey but if I never have to buy another egg pan…I’m happy. The very first time I used it for my eggs, they did seem to stick a bit and I started to get discouraged…don’t. The pan will season itself with each cooking. By just the third time of egg cooking… no sticking what so ever! The pan has a nice beefy weight feel to it without being heavy and looks beautiful. I could not be without this pan anymore. Le Creuset continues to make high quality products and you will not be disappointed with their non stick pans. Update: I did purchase the 12″ too. Needed more room for cooking eggs for more than one person. Just as perfect as the 8″ no sticking what so ever even with the first use on this pan. Definitely my favorite pans. You will not be disappointed if your looking for a superior non stick.

Nothing to pan By Paul My mother and I are both thrilled with this pan. It handles all our various cooking tasks from eggs to steak and chicken with ease. It’s durable, has no chemical Teflon surface covering to worry about peeling and deteriorating into your food, but still cleans easily. Yes, it cost more, but you get the value back in a sturdy, well-designed, long-lasting pan. It was a great gift from my dad!

Agreed, the best non-stick! By jumpy1 I have had this pan for over five years and it has never nicked or otherwise been damaged like my calphalon, analon and other non-sticks. I bought it after reading about the Le Creuset process being non-carcinogenic and learning how dangerous teflon can be, if nicked damaged. But, I still wondered if this pan would last.
Well, it is still like new after all these years. As is the non-stick surface of their enameled cast-irons I own. I came onto Amazon.com today because I need to replace my Analon nonsticks which have lost their non-stickness and was hoping Amazon sold Le Creuset nonstick in other sizes. What a bummer. And you can’t even get their enameled cast-iron in nonstick either. I know they sell them in Europe, why not America?
