Hard vs. ionized cookware stainless steel?

I need to know which is better cookware. We're trying to get rid of the ones we have here. Them are Teflon. I've heard that stainless steel (aluminum) and hard ionized are good, but it is the best.

A good quality set of stainless steel pot is a necessity, it is virtually indestructible and can use the harshest of scrubbers to clean. You need a core set that has an 8 " 12 "skillet / omelette pan, large pot containing a minimum of 4 bedrooms, 2 sauce pots and 1 quart size 2 1 / 2 quarts. I have several pieces of hard anodized cookware, which also do a wonderful job, but still food from sticking. A must for at least a "Green Pan" – preferably 10-12 "skillet. they really will not stick, cleaning is a breeze and fried foods like eggs do is infinitely easier when you slide the pan without breaking. They do not have the same problems that plague scratches and Teflon pans release at the end is the consumer. You can easily find online Target store in your area.
