All foods stick to this cookware!

My experience is the opposite of the reviews posted here.

I followed all instructions and cook at medium heat or lower. Yet, the only things that I cook, that is, oatmeal and congee (rice soup) both stick to the pot. I need to soak the pot in water for the food to dislodge.

Definitely NOT worth the more than $200 I spent on the set.

Better to buy a cheap teflon pan set and get better results.

Just what we were looking for

This cookware seems very durable and well engineered. Sturdy handles, venting lids, solid and nice weight. Nothing seems to stick to it. In my opinion the value is much better than calphalon cookwares and will probably outlast all others that we have tried.

Buyer Beware

The Swiss Diamond brand does contain PTFE. A substance known by the brand name Teflon. Don’t fall for the hype marketng designed to make you think this pan is any different than a high quality teflon coated pan.
