DO NOT BUY!

This is a poor quality product and color is not even a close representation to what is shipped. I LOVE the image online. The screen that was shipped to me was dark and the colors aren’t a good representation of what is shown online. My “cherry blossoms” look like dead apples and are more brown than red. There is a four inch section of where a branch belongs that is completely missing paint. When I called to get an exchange, I was told that they don’t do that since each one is hand made and they can’t assure me that I’d get one that looked like the image. Instead, I was told that I was out of the 14 day return policy by four days and that I could return in 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. I don’t see why I should pay a restocking fee when the product isn’t a true representation of what is shown here. No paper work or return information (with a link) was sent with the order. Poor Service. Poor Quality. Poor Return Policy. Poor Experience. I will not shop with Oriental Furniture Company again!
