Steel Sauce

I you have not lost anything .. good advice needed!?

I have been working since September to Christmas time was reduced by approximately 15 pounds. More Christmas won 5 or so I stopped in 178 (heavy on 8 January.). Since then I've been going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week. Good 30 minutes of cardio + 20 -30 minutes of strength training / ab work. My diet is like this (varies by day)-steel cut oats with flax / protein shake, fruit salad or soup with yogurt or applesauce, green tea and other snacks (granola bar or Kashi), another protein shake after training in the evenings (some form of lean meat and vegetables, sometimes potatoes or rice or ww pasta. It consists of 27 January and I'm only down 1.5 lbs. Please give me some advice or criticism of my program! I am a woman and I'm 5'6.

Go to all fruits and vegetables to the diet for two weeks. Detox your body, then you will be able to handle real food with a good attitude and only make decisions better and healthier. When done you just ate a lot of lean protein: chicken beans Turkey Fish low in fat such as black powder and whey protein along with a bunch of fruit and vegetable diet, and only eat complex carbohydrates, whole wheat bread and grains, no white bread or sugary cereals. So reducing carbohydrates in general.
